Your Right to Data Deletion
At Pravab, we respect your right to control your personal data. In accordance with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws, you have the right to request the deletion of your personal data from our systems.
What Data We Store
When you use Pravab, including signing in via Facebook or Google, we may store the following data:
- Name and email address
- Profile photo
- Account preferences and settings
- Profile information (bio, social media handles, portfolio)
- Collaboration history and communications
- Payment transaction records
How to Request Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Option 1: Delete Your Account
Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account in the Pravab app or website. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data.
Option 2: Email Request
Send an email to privacy@pravab.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account.
Option 3: Facebook Settings
You can remove Pravab's access to your data through Facebook's settings: go to Settings > Apps and Websites > Pravab > Remove. After removing access, contact us to complete the deletion of any data already stored.
What Happens After a Deletion Request
- We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of the request
- You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
- Some data may be retained for up to 90 days in encrypted backups before being purged
Data We May Retain
Even after deletion, we may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:
- Transaction records required for tax and accounting compliance
- Data necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements
- Anonymized and aggregated data that cannot identify you
